A five-year research programme, called Project Indect, aims to develop computer programmes which act as “agents” to monitor and process information from web sites, discussion forums, file servers, peer-to-peer networks and even individual computers.
Its main objectives include the “automatic detection of threats and abnormal behaviour or violence“.
Project Indect, which received nearly £10 million in funding from the European Union, involves the Police Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI) and computer scientists at York University, in addition to colleagues in nine other European countries. (more…)
Recently I asked, body scanners – where next? That post, a mere couple of months ago, featured scanners already in airports and those proposed in railway stations and prisons. Then I wrote about their use in courts.
But here’s the answer to my rhetorical question: on the streets.
American Science & Engineering, a company based in Billerica, Massachusetts, has sold U.S. and foreign government agencies more than 500 backscatter x-ray scanners mounted in vans that can be driven past neighbouring vehicles to see their contents…(more…)
U.S. Senate Committee discuss medication compliance with electronic transmitters in pills
Now that the U.S. government has achieved its monopoly over health care, new technologies are in the works that will allow the government to remotely monitor and track whether ordinary citizens are complying with taking medications prescribed by conventional doctors. One new technology described at the U.S. Senate Committee on Aging allows “pills to be electronically outfitted with transmitters” which would track the patient’s compliance with medications and broadcast that information back to government health care enforcers who check for “compliance and efficacy.” (more…)
A report published in Britain recently recommends Ireland and other countries reverse its decision to follow the American example, and stop putting the poisonous chemical called fluoride in public drinking water and hygiene products.
Published in the peer-reviewed journal Toxicology — the official journal of the British Toxicology Society and the German Toxicology Society – author Dr. Robert Verkerk said “mass fluoridation of the public water supply [must be]stopped immediately. This is borne out by actual data from Ireland which shows that every third child is affected [by a high risk of dental fluorosis].” (more…)
Abnormal brain growth and function are features of autism, an increasingly common developmental disorder that now affects 1 in 60 boys in the US. Now researchers from the University of Pittsburgh and Thoughtful House Center for Children in Austin, Texas, have found remarkably similar brain changes to those seen in autism in infant monkeys receiving the vaccine schedule used in the 1990’s that contained the mercury-based preservative thimerosal. An article by Deborah Cohen, features editor, BMJ, Philip Carter, journalist, The Bureau of Investigative Journalism, London was published in the British Medical Journal on June 3rd, now reiterated on sharedexistence.com. It shows how the people responsible for providing and presenting important parts of the scientific material used to create the WHO official recommendation of how to react to the so called swine flu. A point worth stressing is that the WHO is a private company that so many countries willingly has surrendered their sovereignty to in order to have the WHO make desicions for them. The WHO declared a pandemic which does not allow the WHO in itself to do much, but many of the subjugated country states (like the US and their FEMA) have laws that suspend individual human rights in times of crisis such as a pandemic. This shows how arbitrarily, or even nefariously, the WHO is used as the control mechanism to disable the system of civil rights that make sure the majority does not abuse the minority in the democratic system. A marine biologist working with a group of environmentalists to save sea turtles claims the U.S. Coast Guard is involved in spraying a toxic chemical dispersant over the Gulf of Mexico; and he says it has already traveled inland.
“Do I think there’s dispersants coming in and mixing with our everyday lives?” Dr. Chris Pincetich asked, speaking with a group of activists.
A new study, published in the American Journal of Psychiatry and headed by psychiatrist John H. Gilmore, professor of psychiatry and Director of the UNC Schizophrenia Research, claims to be able to detect “brain abnormalities associated with schizophrenia risk” in infants just a few weeks old. We would like to point out the obvious flaw in this bogus study; there is no medical/scientific test in existence that schizophrenia is a physical disease or brain abnormality to start with. (more…)
I have been observing chem trails being present almost everywhere during my travels, especially in Europe. For anyone worrying about these things I recommend looking further into orgonite, specifically chem buster and colloidal silver. Www.checktheevidence.com has some interesting info on chemtrails and they are worth a visit for their alternative angle on the 9/11 spectacle as well.
If nothing else, the chem trails make me pay more attention to the sky and that makes me feel good!
